Narrative Visualization – Building Stories from Survey Responses

The aim of our project was to refine the raw survey data into a clear, concise one page document and sit down with the physicians and discuss the story or narrative that their survey responses are telling them. The approach of a visual narrative became a simple and safe way to discuss patient experience scores.
