Stanford Health Care replaced a traditional survey with a digital tool to capture patient feedback in the ED. Strategic placement of signs with a QR Code gives patients a hassle-free and user-friendly way to share anonymous feedback about their care. In this case study, the author describes how the tool allows them the opportunity to share positive feedback with team members in real time.
