Access and Delivery

PX 101 is provided as a digital toolkit that includes all learning materials, facilitator resources, implementation guide, and supporting assets needed to deliver the program within your organization. Upon purchase, organizations receive access to download the complete toolkit from the PXLearning platform.

Internal Use and Customization

Organizations are encouraged to customize PX 101 materials to align with their culture, priorities, and learning objectives. PX 101 is designed to support workforce education and development within healthcare organizations. Materials may be adapted for internal use but may not be distributed outside the organization or repackaged, resold, or incorporated into consulting engagements, client services, training programs, educational offerings, or other commercial activities without prior written permission from The Beryl Institute.

Refund Policy

Because PX 101 includes immediate access to downloadable digital resources, refunds are not available once the toolkit has been accessed or downloaded.

Organizations may request a refund, less a 5% service fee, within 14 days of purchase by contacting pxu@theberylinstitute.org, provided the toolkit has not been accessed. Refund requests received after 14 days are not eligible for reimbursement.

Implementation Support

PX 101 is designed to be facilitated by your organization's leaders, educators, or designated team members. To support successful implementation, The Beryl Institute includes a complimentary 30-minute implementation consultation to help your team prepare for delivery, explore implementation options, and answer questions about the program and its resources.
