We are excited to share that Patient Experience Institute (PXI) is now formally The Beryl Institute Credentialing Center, which will continue to offer both the Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) and Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services (CAVS) programs and maintain the PXE continuing education process. The intention of this realignment is to ensure a simplified and streamlined certification process overall.
