PX Pulse: Consumer Perspectives on Patient Experience in the U.S. – July 2023

We are pleased to share results from the 13th edition of our PX Pulse survey. Conducted in partnership with Ipsos, PX Pulse captures healthcare consumer perspectives of patient experience in the United States.
The latest release of PX Pulse reveals affordability and access to hospitals and treatments continue as important issues to consumers. While the basic deliverables of quality and overall experience slipped from last quarter, trust in healthcare services remains high, calling for a continued focus on building relationships with patients, families and communities.
