About Stacy

Through her role as Senior Vice President & COO at The Beryl Institute, Stacy has helped extend the focus on patient experience into a true global movement. With a commitment to gather, understand and integrate insights and ideas from the Institute community, she has helped establish a resource library of proven practices and research sharing how healthcare organizations around the globe are creating positive experiences for patients, family members and caregivers.

She has co-authored numerous white papers, is a regular contributor to the Patient Experience Blog and stays connected to the work on the front lines of care through visits to healthcare organizations, sharing their experience journeys through the On the Road series.
