We will discuss the path we took to ensure engagement with clinicians and other staff, how we are reporting the data, and what this means for our patients, carers and families. We will give an overview of the platform that was chosen for our survey and the accompanying 6E Framework which strategically integrates various components of patient experience improvement in a holistic manner.
