Empathetics’ evidence-based empathy training has been proven to raise patient experience scores and reduce clinician burnout and turnover.
Our accredited courses have delivered game-changing results for hospitals and
healthcare systems.
The curriculum was developed and tested in a randomized controlled trial at Mass General Hospital by internationally known Harvard psychiatrist and empathy researcher, Helen Riess, MD.
We offer both stand-alone eLearning programs and blended implementations. We recommend that you combine eLearning with "Train-the-Trainer" instruction for your facilitators, to deepen practice with face-to-face workshops that pair with the eLearning courses.
