ABOUT THE PREP COURSE

Designed around the four domains of the CPXP classification system, this self-paced course helps you reinforce your patient experience knowledge and prepare for the CPXP examination.

The course includes:

  • One year of unlimited access to on-demand course recordings
  • A self-assessment covering core knowledge represented on the CPXP exam
  • Virtual strategy sessions with recent CPXP recipients and fellow candidates to exchange study and preparation strategies

Pricing and Registration

Member Rate: $450
Non-Member Rate: $550

Individuals and organizations in low- and lower-middle-income countries may qualify for special pricing. Explore LLMIC Access

Group Discount: Organizations registering five or more participants together may receive a $50 discount per person from the applicable member or non-member rate. Registrations must be purchased together on one invoice. Contact pxu@theberylinstitute.org

The registration fee does not include the CPXP examination fee or membership in The Beryl Institute.

Access instructions will be provided within one business day after registration and payment are confirmed. Your one-year access begins on your enrollment date.

The CPXP Preparation Course is an optional preparation resource. Completion is not required to take the CPXP examination, and participation does not guarantee a passing score.

This course does not offer Patient Experience Continuing Education (PXE) credits.

CPXP study guides, practice examinations, and other materials published by third parties are not reviewed, approved, or endorsed by The Beryl Institute Credentialing Center. These materials may not reflect current CPXP examination content.
