Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) is an international designation intended for healthcare professionals or other individuals with a commitment and interest in patient experience improvement. The Beryl Institute offers a preparatory course and associated resources to help you prepare for the CPXP examination.

ABOUT THE PREP COURSE
Join The Beryl Institute's Learning and Professional Development faculty for an interactive prep workshop reviewing the four domains outlined in the Certified Patient Experience Professional Classification System on which the examination is based. In this course you will:
- Review content from the PX Body of Knowledge courses and other key resources related to the domains and job tasks
- Test your understanding of key concepts
- Interact with peers to share recommendations & insights in achieving the CPXP Designation
Registration Fee: $650 Members/ $750 Non-Members
Note: While the CPXP Preparation Course provides a comprehensive review of patient experience knowledge available, completion of the CPXP Preparation Course is not required to take the CPXP exam, nor does completion of the course (as with any preparation method) guarantee a passing score on the CPXP Exam. Volume pricing available.
