Body of Knowledge Certificates
BOK certificate programs are for individuals ready to establish expertise and leadership in patient experience.
Obtaining a certificate provides in-depth knowledge of the essential concepts and practices central to patient experience. A certificate demonstrates a commitment to understanding and excelling in your profession.
Certificate vs. Certification
A certificate confirms that you completed a specific course or program of study (a sequence of courses). Certificates are usually awarded by educational institutions, and they are used to demonstrate knowledge and skills in a particular subject area.
In comparison, certification is a process by which you verify that you have the required skills, knowledge and ability to perform a specific job. It involves meeting specific requirements, such as completing a certain amount of education or training, passing an exam, and meeting ongoing continuing education requirements.
