Learn how University Hospitals Case Medical Center used the ETeam® tool to engage the patient and family in their care to ensure the safest and highest quality of care. Learn how to operationalize the ETeam® tool to empower patients and hold their healthcare provider accountable and responsible for assessing, treating and diagnosing the patient’s medical condition(s). Participants will also be able to begin to implement the ETeam® by using a generic set of checklists available with their organization’s Patient and Family Advisors or Patient and Family Advisory Councils.
