Shadowing and data analysis yielded insight into deficiencies in the process for preparing leaders to round. The team’s goal was to build a consistent culture of nurse leader patient rounding. A collaborative approach was used to develop and implement an innovative use of simulation; a nurse leader patient rounding simulation course. This webinar will review strategies for designing the simulation program including proper debriefing techniques, and review implementation “lessons learned.”
