Penn Medicine Listening Lab: Listening as a Form of Care

Created by patients, caregivers, staff and providers, the Penn Medicine Listening Lab is a storytelling initiative that embraces the power of listening as a form of care. The project seeks to create a welcoming environment for listening and sharing, and aspires to help people become better listeners and enhance the well-being of our community. Hear how Stephanie Kindt, Esq. and Dr. Aaron Levy have contributed to the patient experience through a creative partnership between Penn Medicine and the University of Pennsylvania. The project began as an exhibition and over the course of the pandemic has transitioned to a fully virtual online experience with over 25K visitors.
