Reflections on “What Matters”

Through practical examples and lessons learned, this webinar explores ways to strengthen partnerships, support shared decision-making, and ensure care is guided by what matters most to people and families.
The programme will cover how to generate a shared purpose for person-centred care, strengthen co-production, and embed lived-experience stories at every level of an organization. Participants will examine person-centred approaches to visiting and care planning, and how to connect strategic ambition to day-to-day behaviors. Using a quality improvement lens, the session focuses on asking, listening, and doing what matters, building culture through continuous improvement so care consistently aligns with people’s goals, values, and dreams.
