Cost continues to be top of mind for consumers, with the cost of premiums jumping from the third slot to the first as the most important item to consumers. Findings about a new item in this query, Artificial Intelligence (AI), revealed there is much to discover about this technology, with few people trusting it completely or using it for their healthcare needs.
