PFCC: Beyond the Walls

PFCC is a journey and a practice that should span the lifetime. This webinar shares how minor practice adjustments can and do improve the patient/family experience as well as reduce medical related errors throughout the continuum of care. The session focuses on the four principles of patient family centered care, depicts the simplicity of adopting the practice, and the lasting effects of the patient experience. Participants will identify ways to actively engage patients and family members in their care along with ways to improve each PFCC core principle in their healthcare setting.
