Patient, Family & Care Partner Workgroup Application

Reaffirming our commitment to actively engage Patient, Family & Care Partners (PFCPs) in all aspects of experience improvement, we are excited to launch a new PFCP Workgroup as part of our Community Council. This group will bring together patients, families, care partners, and healthcare professionals who are passionate about ensuring the PFCP voice is meaningfully integrated into experience efforts.

The workgroup will identify and lead projects that elevate these perspectives and help shape resources that support inclusive and impactful human experience strategies.

Examples of projects from this workgroup may include:

Development of publications, webinars or other content
Oversight of the Patient & Care Partner Community Resource Page
Hosting of a Patient, Family & Care Partner Gathering at ELEVATE PX, the global patient experience event
