Fundamentals of Patient Experience: A CPXP Preparation Program (Arabic)
This interactive program is designed for healthcare professionals and patient experience champions across the Middle East who are ready to take the next step in their professional journey.
Delivered bilingually in Arabic and English, the program supports Arabic-speaking professionals preparing for the Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) exam.
Through focused study, practical guidance, and application across the four domains of the CPXP classification system, participants will strengthen their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and build a personalized exam study plan.
More than exam preparation, this program reinforces your ability to advance patient and family experience strategies, influence organizational culture, and lead meaningful improvement efforts within your healthcare organization.
Participants who complete the program will earn a digital Certificate in Fundamentals of Patient Experience: A CPXP Preparation Program from Patient Experience University, The Beryl Institute.

This program is delivered bilingually in Arabic and English to support Arabic-speaking professionals.
Please note that the CPXP certification exam is currently offered in English only. The examination follows psychometric and certification standards to ensure consistency and fairness for all candidates.

Program Policies
Program Materials
Course materials, recordings, and other program content are provided for individual learning only. Participants may not share, distribute, reproduce, or use program materials outside of their personal participation in the course. All materials remain the intellectual property of the program provider.
Attendance & Completion
Participants are expected to attend all live sessions to receive a Certificate of Completion. If a session is missed, a recording will be provided. Participants must view the recording in full to meet completion requirements.
Cancellation & Transfers
We understand that plans may change. To cancel and request a refund, participants must email PXU@theberylinstitute.org at least 14 days before the course start date. A $50 USD processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the course are not eligible for a refund. However, participants will receive a transfer credit for the full amount paid, which may be applied toward a future course or another PXU program.
Registrations may also be transferred to another participant at no additional cost if requested at least 2 days before the first session.
