In his over 14 years as President & CEO of The Beryl Institute, Jason has grown the organization into the leading global community of practice committed to transforming the human experience in healthcare and established the framework for the emerging field of patient experience. Jason is the Founding Editor of the Patient Experience Journal, the first open-access, peer-reviewed journal committed to research, evidence, and innovation in patient experience with readership in over 220 countries and territories. He also established and currently serves as President of Patient Experience Institute, a non-profit organization offering formal certification for patient experience professionals and administrators of volunteer services around the world.

A recovering marathoner – having run eight – Jason's proudest "accomplishment” remains his family. He currently resides in Nashville, TN with his wife, Beth and sons Samuel and Ian.
