This webinar focuses on the importance of the patient voice and other tactics aimed at improving scores for the Communication with Doctors HCAHPS composite. Participants will understand the use and benefits of Patient Advisory Councils (PACs) along with key principles for success in starting a new PAC, and will be given key tactics and tools for how to incorporate the voice of the patient into improvements in physician communication. Additionally, Allina will share how the new physician shadowing program has yielded highly positive results for physicians and patients.
