Engaging Physicians in CAHPS Improvement
Richard Corder, FACHE, MHA, Assistant Vice President, CRICO Strategies
CAHPS surveys have created a focus on the patient experience among hospital leaders like never before. This session will illustrate how to engage clinicians and other members of the care team and how to use data (including H and CG-CAHPS) as a catalyst for systematic culture change.
