Yelp has recently teamed up with ProPublica, a not-for-profit investigative journalism group, to rate nursing homes. This partnership is another indicator of the growing trend to link hard data to consumer ratings in healthcare. Today’s patients talk about their experiences across a variety of platforms such as Yelp. This webinar will discuss the significance of drawing actionable insights from what patients say about their experiences in their own words, wherever they say it. Participants will explore emerging methods of analyzing patient narratives to understand the root causes of good and bad ratings in order to act swiftly on what their patients tell them.
