-In accepting this volunteer role with The Beryl Institute, I may be exposed to information which is confidential and/or privileged and proprietary in nature. It is the policy of The Beryl Institute that such information must be kept confidential.

Meeting Participation
-This board will meet virtually three times per year and in-person at ELEVATE PX. I will do my best to attend all meetings. In addition, I agree to provide timely responses to electronic inquiries for feedback between meetings and to participate in additional committee work groups (optional) if available.
