Permission to Use Materials

All materials made available through this program are the property of The Beryl Institute and protected by the United States and international copyright laws. In consideration for your agreement to the terms of use, The Beryl Institute grants your organization non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials. User may download material for User’s own, non-commercial use. User may not otherwise copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer any material.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold The Beryl Institute, our Representatives, licensors and sub-contractors harmless against all costs, claims, damages, liability and expenses (including any professional fees) which we might incur by reason of a breach by you of these Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, this indemnity shall extend (without limitation) to any losses which may be incurred as a result of the misuse of materials as outlined in Permission to Use Materials above.

PX 101 Refund Policy

PX 101 is a digital toolkit of materials accessible using a link to download the materials from the PXLearning website. Refunds are not issued for digital resources once the access link is sent. You understand that by submitting this purchase agreement, you waive your cancellation and refund rights.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you/your organization and us with respect to your access to and use of the materials.
