De l’écoute à l’action : comment la voix du patient façonne les soins ?
Webinaire gratuit en français – 17 septembre 2026 | 15 h 00, heure de Paris – Comment la voix du patient façonne-t-elle vraiment la conception des soins ? Cette table ronde réunit des professionnels de santé français qui réinventent l’écoute patient pour améliorer le parcours de soins, au-delà des enquêtes classiques : patients partenaires, ateliers de co-construction, intelligence artificielle et outils numériques d’écoute.
À travers des exemples concrets : alimentation, nutrition, accompagnement, les intervenants partageront comment le co-design transforme le parcours de soins pour et avec les patients. Car il ne se décrète pas : il se construit avec les acteurs de la santé et les patients. Cet échange mettra en lumière le rôle de chacun et les leviers pour renforcer l’engagement collectif, au service d’une culture de soins fondée sur la symétrie des attentions.
