Introduction to Patient Experience supports your staff and clinicians to better understand core concepts associated with patient experience. This ultimately increases your organization’s ability to improve experience for those giving and receiving care.
This learning program includes three modules:
- What is Patient Experience?
- The Ripple Effect of Patient Experience
- Connecting to Your Purpose
Each module provides 15-20 minutes of storytelling, reflection and quick activities to keep your workforce engaged while learning core patient experience concepts.
Intro to PX is included as an organizational member benefit
You receive access to the on-demand modules as SCORM files to load into your organization’s learning management system (LMS) with the assistance of your IT or Learning Teams. These modules are not customizable.
The intention is that Intro to PX be shared broadly across your organization with all roles and departments. Since every person in a healthcare organization impacts patient experience--the ones who interact with patients and those who don’t--we recommend Intro to PX be accessible to your entire workforce.
