Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services (CAVS) is designation intended for healthcare professionals or other individuals with an interest in volunteer leadership. The purpose of CAVS certification is to promote healthcare volunteer services management. The Beryl Institute offers the following workshop to help you prepare for the CAVS examination.

ABOUT THE PREP COURSE
Join an interactive preparation workshop reviewing the seven domains on which the CAVS examination is based.
The workshop provides an in-depth review of policies, processes and procedures to ensure the development of a volunteer program that meets the standards of accrediting agencies. Participants will explore test-taking strategies and hear from a panel of CAVS-certified individuals who will share their experience and offer advice.
Participants will:
- Review content most related to the CAVS Classification System
- Test comprehension of key concepts
- Explore strategies to prepare for the CAVS Examination
Registration Fee: $350 Members / $450 Non-Members
Course Materials: An electronic version of the book Time, Talent & Treasures - A resource for healthcare volunteer management is included with your registration. It will also serve as a resource throughout your career in volunteer management. An optional hard copy of the book is available for an additional fee here.
