Pediatric Performance Insights Report
Compare Your Performance with other Children's Hospitals
Initiated by The Beryl Institute's Pediatric Council, this project provides a process for Children’s Hospitals to confidentially share un-blinded patient experience metrics to identify top performers to leverage best practices in pediatric patient and family experience.
The quarterly project began with Q4 2020 and has proven to be a great resource for participants to understand their comparative results and identify opportunities for improvement.
Overview
- The project currently focuses on inpatient units and emergency departments. Additional areas may be added in future quarters
- Participating organizations submit data for an identified set of questions through a secure survey via The Beryl Institute
- The Beryl Institute compiles the quarterly survey results and generates an unblinded report of responses that is sent to all participating organizations.
- No personal health or other sensitive information will be collected
- Upon submitting data, participants are required to acknowledge the accuracy of the information submitted, their commitment to confidentiality and confirm they will only share the final report within their organization
- All participating organizations are invited to take part in a quarterly call to review results and share best practices and insights
All Children's Hospitals with organizational-level membership with The Beryl Institute are invited to participate.
