Nurse Executive Roundtable

In our commitment to expand opportunities for engagement, collaboration, and access to critical resources for C-Level executives, The Beryl Institute's Nurse Executive Roundtable provides focused learning, a safe space for conversation and collaboration, and a shorter path to action for participating leaders as you seek to guide and sustain experience efforts in your organization.

The Roundtable is a strategic network of Nurse Executive members who are committed to:

• Share knowledge, resources, and learning with Roundtable members on a standard basis during quarterly calls, in person meetings, and at gatherings at other venues.
• Work collaboratively with The Beryl Institute Executive Team to:
  • Frame and support strategies for engaging Nurse Executives and Nurses in the broader experience movement.
  • Identify topics of relevance and critical issues pertaining to Nurse Executives and Nurses that can frame content, resources, and programs.
  • Inform the research agenda in support of experience evidence and proven practice.
  • Serve as ambassadors for the Institute and its resources to the ensure broad awareness of and engagement in nursing related experience resources.
  • Contribute as thought leaders and champions for innovation in human experience.
  • Elevate the experience conversation in C-suites across the healthcare ecosystem.

The Roundtable offers participants:

• Connection to a network of peer executives committed to elevating the experience conversation and to sharing successes, challenges, and lessons learned in a safe, neutral, and positive environment.
• Regular updates from the Institute on core points that can be shared from an executive level with their organizations.
• Opportunities to share their voices, including participating in thought leadership via podcasts, blogs, and webinars and topical virtual conversations among C-Suite Roundtable members and in collaboration with experience leaders on critical issues driving and impacting a strategic focus on experience
