This webinar focuses on the impact technology has on improving patient experience scores. Participants will learn about Summa Health System, an organization in Northeast Ohio, who distinguishes itself from competitors by focusing on improving the patient experience. By implementing interactive online communication tools and making early patient communication a priority, Summa has been able to successfully manage patient expectations and encourage patients to take more active roles in their care. This session will advise participants on how to implement and utilize technology to make a significant impact on patient experience scores as well as highlight the importance of setting and managing patient expectations and [its] correlation to referrals.
