This webinar will share results of the recent NICU patient experience benchmarking study conducted by The Beryl Institute, March of Dimes and Synova Associates. Using the eight lenses of the Experience Framework as a means to best illustrate the power of a holistic view of experience, we will examine strengths and opportunities in each lens through the reflections of NICU leaders. While the focus on the NICU does offer some unique perspectives, the lessons of this initiative are universal.
