This webinar will share a variety of ways we “listen” to patients and care partners, such as with intentional storytelling, through “systemic listening” and during clinical encounters. While the PX Movement has pushed the needle significantly around the value of “patient voices,” patient stories are not being acted upon to bring about change and improvement. Join us to explore how to use what patients tell us as actionable and valuable feedback to shift culture and processes.
