PX Regional Roundtable - Middle East/North Africa

The PX Roundtable: Middle East/North Africa (MENA) is a virtual event hosted by The Beryl Institute intended to gather the experience community in the region for information sharing, conversation, and connection. Open to all interested participants in the MENA region, the roundtable will include three main segments, the sharing of information, collaborative conversations, and open Q&A.

The Roundtable will open with Jason Wolf, president & CEO of The Beryl Institute, presenting key findings from the latest State of Human Experience study and offering key strategic considerations  as organizations look to drive experience improvement. We will then facilitate small group conversations on current issues related to experience efforts in the region to hear from one another around opportunities and actions being taken to address experience excellence. The session will end with the sharing of ideas and an open Q&A as we collectively look to improve experience in the region and around the world.

The Roundtable will include several exciting announcements from the Institute and will begin to lay out a regional roadmap for the experience community in working together to transform the human experience in healthcare. Come prepared to both learn and engage.
