And yet linen is not often considered within the patient experience context; whether it’s a patient gown or bed linen, your patients will experience these before they even see their practitioner. Additionally, linen is sometimes mentioned within infection prevention plans, but not consistently and often with few compliance checks to ensure staff are following processes.
