Conduct an expert-facilitated guiding principles assessment.

The Guiding Principles for Experience Excellence represent eight foundational actions on which all experience efforts should be grounded. The self-assessment is designed for personal reflection, identification of opportunities for action and building shared leadership consensus on the critical issues impacting an organization’s ability to drive experience success.

Members of The Beryl Institute executive team will walk you through the assessment process helping to facilitate leadership dialogue, consensus-building and planning. Through a virtual or in-person workshop, your facilitator will share unique expertise and insights on patient experience while helping you uncover opportunities within your organization.
