Although leader rounding has been shown to improve overall patient experience, this was not observed at Carilion Clinic. A collaborative approach was used to develop and implement an innovative use of simulation; a nurse leader patient rounding simulation course. This webinar will review strategies for designing the simulation program including proper debriefing techniques, and review implementation “lessons learned.”
