Expectations & Patient Experience in Healthcare in Brazil

Delivering quality, safety, and caring journeys to patients and their families directly impacts issues ranging from treatment outcomes to user loyalty and institutional reputation.

With this in mind, SoluCX, in partnership with SOBREXP (Brazilian Society for Patient Experience and Person-Centered Care) and The Beryl Institute, will launch a free webinar presenting the study “Patient Expectations and Experience with Healthcare in Brazil.”

The survey is a Brazilian version of the annual study conducted in the United States by The Beryl Institute and aims to understand the patient experience in the country. 2,794 people were surveyed between August and September 2023.

The webinar will take place on March 28th at 12:30 PM (São Paulo time) and will be moderated by Carla Ledo, Scientific Director of SOBREXP. It will feature Jason Wolf, President of The Beryl Institute; Marcelo Alvarenga, President of SOBREXP; Luciana Lauretti, Director of Institutional Relations of SOBREXP; and Alex Pereira, Head of Marketing at SoluCX.
