Fundamentals of Patient Experience: A Development Pathway for Experience Professionals (Arabic/English) – July/August 2025

This 16-hour virtual certificate program, delivered bilingually (Arabic/English), builds foundational knowledge in patient experience, helps prepare to achieve the professional designation of Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP), and supports a pathway to experience leadership.

In this virtual interactive certificate program, offered via PX University (PXU) at The Beryl Institute, participants will engage in learning and conversation on the fundamentals of patient experience and build foundational knowledge to support their journey of development as a patient experience professional. The course provides participants with a grounded framework for action and direct access to an extensive network for learning, shared practice, and peer connection through the Institute’s global community. In building and/or sharpening understanding, the course will also help participants be better prepared to achieve the professional designation of Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) and support them on establishing a pathway to experience leadership.
This 16-hour course is taught in bilingually (English and Arabic) by local PXU faculty, who will help contextualize global PX fundamentals into local healthcare applications. It will be delivered virtually to allow the broadest engagement possible. All participants will also receive a membership to The Beryl Institute, valid for one year.
Upon completion, participants will receive:
-16 Patient Experience Continuing Education Credits (PXEs)
-Digital certificate of completion
This program, starting July 2025 will be the inaugural international cohort of this new program from PX University. Space is limited to allow for a highly interactive and engaging experience. Special benefits for CPXP exam participation available to all participants in the program.
Course fee:
$500 USD
Participants will be charged in USD. Local currency amount based on exchange rates at the time of payment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations may arise which require you to change your plans. To cancel and request a refund, you must email us at pxlearning@theberylinstitute.org at least 14 days before the course date. A $50 USD processing fee will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before the course, we cannot offer a refund. However, you may receive a transfer credit for the full amount paid, which can be used toward a future course or another PXU program. You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost, as long as the request is made at least 2 days before the first session.
Attendance & Completion Policy
To receive a certificate of completion for this program, participants are expected to attend all live sessions. If a session is missed, the recording will be made available, and the participant must view it in full to meet completion requirements. Participants will be eligible to receive 16 Patient Experience Continuing Education (PXE) credits after completing the program survey.
