Designed for Arabic-speaking healthcare professionals and patient experience champions in the Middle East, this interactive program provides a structured pathway to prepare for the Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) exam, a globally recognized credential that validates expertise in influencing systems, processes, and behaviors to drive positive healthcare experiences. All participants who complete the program will earn a Certificate in Fundamentals of Patient Experience: A CPXP Preparation Program from Patient Experience University, signifying their investment in advancing as patient experience leaders.
