Confidentiality
-In accepting this volunteer role with The Beryl Institute, I may be exposed to information which is confidential and/or privileged and proprietary in nature. It is the policy of The Beryl Institute that such information must be kept confidential.

Meeting Participation
- I understand this is an active volunteer role. I agree to actively engage in my Community Council work group to assist with the three core purposes of identifying content, championing connection and supporting collaboration. The means consistently attending meetings and participating in projects.

Meeting Frequency
-This committee will meet virtually four times per year. I will do my best to attend all meetings. In addition, I agree to provide timely responses to electronic inquiries for feedback between meetings and to participate in additional work group planning sessions (optional) if available.

Continued Participation
-I will have the opportunity to confirm interest in continued participation on an annual basis. Term limits may apply.
