Fundamentals of Patient Experience

This virtual interactive certificate program is offered via PX University (PXU) at The Beryl Institute. Participants will engage in learning and conversation on the fundamentals of patient experience and build foundational knowledge to support their journey of development as a patient experience professional.

This 8-hour course is taught in Arabic with local PXU faculty who will help to apply the global fundamentals to local context and application. All participants will also receive an annual membership to The Beryl Institute. The course will offer participants 8 PXES (pending).
